- We accept purchase orders from most schools, universities, government agencies, and large companies. Credit approval may be required. Fax your PO to 1-610-860-6470 or email it to info@flexguard.com. Our payment terms are net 30 days.

- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are computed by the weight of the package. Free shipping applies to all orders over $399. The minimum shipping charge is $9.95 per order. Most orders ship by UPS. Philadelphia Security Products, Inc. reserves the right to ship orders with other carriers at its discretion.
- Return Merchandise Authorization
- Flexguard security cables and tethers are built to order and are considered custom products. Custom products may not be returned. All other returns require pre-approval. Do not return merchandise without written authorization.

All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. US patent numbers 5050836, 5579657, 6205824. Padlocks are made in USA, Taiwan, and China. All other products are made in the USA.
- Warranty
- The FLEXGUARD security system and components sold by Philadelphia Security Products, Inc. are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery. Damage from misuse, abuse, or gradual wear from normal use are excluded from this warranty. Philadelphia Security Products, Inc. will, at its option, replace or refund the purchase price of any product proved to be defective in material or workmanship, or both, during warranty period. This is the exclusive remedy and does not cover loss or damage to possessions, persons or property. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
